What RoamSmart Does
RoamSmart is a travel-planning technology platform that helps users explore destinations based on budgets, preferences, estimated costs, weather, safety information, activities, and other travel considerations.
RoamSmart is a planning and informational service. It is not a travel agency, emergency service, security service, government agency, financial advisor, insurance provider, hotel, airline, or transportation provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
Free Accounts
RoamSmart may provide free access to destination matching, estimated costs, basic safety and weather information, itinerary previews, and travel recommendations.
Creating a free account does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.
You will not be charged for a paid RoamSmart plan unless you affirmatively choose a paid product or subscription and provide the required payment authorization.
Paid Plans
Paid plans may provide personalized itineraries, additional trip plans, saved trips, printable or exportable itineraries, enhanced recommendations, or other premium features.
Before purchase, RoamSmart will display the applicable price, billing frequency, included features, and whether the plan automatically renews.
Subscriptions & Cancellation
If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, you will be clearly informed before payment that the subscription renews until canceled.
You must affirmatively agree to recurring billing before being charged.
You may cancel an online subscription online.
Cancellation must be reasonably easy to locate and complete without unnecessary steps designed to prevent or delay cancellation.
After cancellation, you will not be charged for another renewal period. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already properly charged.
RoamSmart will provide renewal and pricing notices when required by applicable law.
Travel Information
Travel information can change quickly.
Prices, availability, operating hours, transportation, weather, safety conditions, entry requirements, attractions, and other information may come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or inaccurate.
RoamSmart does not guarantee any particular travel price, availability, destination condition, or travel outcome.
Users should independently verify important information before booking or traveling.
Safety
Safety information is provided for general planning purposes.
A RoamSmart safety rating, description, or recommendation does not guarantee that any destination, neighborhood, accommodation, activity, or transportation method is safe or free from crime, illness, injury, natural disaster, political instability, or other risks.
Check current government advisories and appropriate local sources when making safety decisions. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
Weather & Costs
Weather information and forecasts may change and are not guaranteed.
Travel costs are estimates. Actual prices may vary based on dates, availability, taxes, fees, currency changes, demand, transportation, accommodations, and other factors.
Automated & AI-Assisted Recommendations
RoamSmart may use automated or AI-assisted technology to help generate travel suggestions or itineraries.
These outputs are planning tools—not guarantees or professional advice. Users remain responsible for evaluating recommendations and making their own travel, financial, health, documentation, and safety decisions.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
You are responsible for confirming current passport, visa, immigration, health, customs, and entry requirements with appropriate official authorities.
Do not rely solely on RoamSmart for determining whether you may legally enter, exit, or transit through a jurisdiction.
Third-Party Services
RoamSmart may link to airlines, hotels, booking services, transportation providers, attractions, maps, or other third parties.
Third-party services have their own prices, availability, policies, terms, and privacy practices. RoamSmart does not control independent third-party providers.
Acceptable Use
You may not use RoamSmart to commit fraud, violate law, compromise security, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorized access, impersonate others, unlawfully scrape our systems, or interfere with the Service.
Intellectual Property
RoamSmart's software, branding, designs, interfaces, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your account provides a limited right to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of RoamSmart intellectual property.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or discontinued as the product develops.
